Gates will open at 2 p.m. on both days of the concert.
The show is open to guests aged 13 or older. Valid government issued photo ID will be required to purchase alcohol (18+).
WinSport and the promoter will be working with the City of Calgary and the Calgary Police Service to ensure a smooth traffic flow into the venue prior to the show start time.
Guests will be only able to access the park via our main entrance off HWY 16 to the north only.
After the show, all guests will be able to exit the campus using three exits:
Paid parking ($10) 1 Day/ ($20) 2 Day will be in effect for both concert dates. Parking may be purchased in advance via Ticketmaster. Parking may be paid on the day of the event. Traffic direction will be provided to guests based on entry into the park.
Drive home lot
A designated parking lot will be provided to drive home service (Key please, etc.). Please note this is the Frank King Day Lodge lot. Space in this lot is limited and will only be available on a first come first served basis.

Accessible parking
Accessible parking is available free of charge. Guests looking to use these spots must have a valid accessible parking pass properly displayed on their vehicle.
We have a designated lot for taxi and rideshare drop-off and pickup. This lot is only accessible via the north via through the main park entrance the Trans-Canada Highway.
Please note there will be no on-site storage, so all items must be carried on your person or left in the seating area. All items left unattended are left at your own risk.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated at the concert and may result in immediate removal from the site for the duration of the concert. If you do witness or suspect any illicit or illegal action, please notify WinSport security or Calgary Police Services immediately.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking & vaping areas will be located outside the concert venue for your convenience. Please note this is considered a public area and as per city of Calgary bylaw, cannabis is not to be consumed on site.

Did you lose something at the concert? Check with the box office on the following day after the concert to see if your item has been returned or email lostandfound@winsport.ca.

Concert merchandise will be available through the show at specific locations.
Food & Beverage
There will be a variety of Food & Beverage options available on site.
If we have great weather, this venue will be available in the plaza just outside the WinSport Arena.
This venue will feature a bar, smoking area and feature music for concertgoers to enjoy in between the main acts.
This space will be a great area for concertgoers to catch some rays and get their fill of Vitamin D before returning to their seats to see their favourite bands.
If there is inclement weather, this area will be scaled back and will house a smoking area for the convenience of our guests.
Concertgoers will be invited to explore the park between acts.
Regular ticket holders
Regular ticket holders will be able to present their tickets and receive 30% off the walk-up price on Zipline, Summer Bobsleigh, Scenic Chairlift and Free Fall. Please note that guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate in these activities.
VIP ticket holders
VIP ticket holders will be able to present their tickets and receive 40% off the walk-up price on Zipline, Summer Bobsleigh, Scenic Chairlift and Free Fall. Please note that guests that under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate in these activities.
Mini-Golf
All concertgoers can present their tickets and receive a round of mini golf for $4.99 +GST. This is a 60% savings off full price.
Summer Bobsleigh
Who needs ice when you've got wheels? Experience the thrill of the summer bobsleigh at Canada Olympic Park in Calgary. Accompanied by a professional pilot, roar down the legendary Olympic track, twisting and turning around 10 turns and travelling at speeds up to 50 mph (80 km/h). This will be 50 seconds you talk about for the rest of your life!
Monster Zipline Tour
Get big air as you soar from the top of Canada Olympic Park's iconic ski jump tower on North America’s fastest zipline! Riders fly down the unique cable system in a comfortable harness, reaching speeds up to 75 mph (120 km/h). As Calgary’s highest vantage point, the ski jump tower provides a zipline that is 1,640 feet (500 metres) long with a vertical drop of more than 328 feet (100 metres). Your adventure includes instruction, three ziplines, transportation to the ski jump tower and access to the tower.
Free Fall
Take the leap at WinSport's Canada Olympic Park! Experience our latest adrenaline-filled adventure – Free Fall! We’ll take you up to our new eight-storey platform where we’ll fit you in a bungee-type harness. Step off the platform and you’ll feel the sensation that is the closest thing you can get to skydiving as you free fall eight metres before coming to a slow descent to the ground. Then do it all again! This activity includes two drops off the platform.
Mini-Golf
Take the entire family out to our professionally designed 18-hole mini-golf course, which features a picturesque view of the Rocky Mountains. Every hole offers varying banking, lengths and elevation to put your putting skills to the test. Conveniently located on the west side of campus, the golf course is easily accessible from all areas of the city and parking is free.
Scenic Chairlift
Take our chairlift up on a relaxing ride where you’ll get a glimpse of our summer activities which include 20 kilometres of mountain bike trails, North America’s fastest zipline and the iconic ski jump tower from the '88 Winter Olympic Games. On the way down, take in the stunning view of both the city skyline to the east and the Rocky Mountains to the west.
Skyline Luge
Save 20% by presenting your concert ticket. Skyline's downhill karting experience is a unique wheel-based gravity ride that provides riders full control over their descent on purpose-built track.
With more than 50 twists and turns and covering a distance of more than 1,800 metres on a continuous downhill trajectory, you'll soon realize why once is never enough!

Tickets, wristbands and lanyards are non-transferable once scanned at entry.
